Onion
Cloves of garlic
Cumin
Tumeric
Red chilli pepper
Cauliflower
Large tomatoes chopped
Water
Dried Red Lentils
Salt
Sugar
Lime
Handful of chopped Coriander
  • Heat pan to med low and saute onions, garlic, cumin
  • Add tomatoes and califlower. Saute for another 2  min.
    until tomatoes are soft.

  • Add water, red chilli pepper and lentils.

  • Simmer for 30 min.

  • Add salt, sugar, coriander and lime juice.

  • Serve with bismati rice or long grain rice.
