Cloves of garlic

Red chilli pepper
Cauliflower
Large tomatoes chopped
Water
Dried Red Lentils
Salt
Sugar
Lime
Handful of chopped Coriander
- Heat pan to med low and saute onions, garlic, cumin
- Add tomatoes and califlower. Saute for another 2 min.
until tomatoes are soft.
- Add water, red chilli pepper and lentils.
- Add salt, sugar, coriander and lime juice.
- Serve with bismati rice or long grain rice.
