Roasted Veggies
Two medium yams
One medium parsnip
10 cloves of garlic
Four red/orange peppers
Two large carrots
One small zucchini
Montreal Steak Spice
Italian Seasoning
Vegetable Oil
Balsamic Vinegar

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Cut veggies into bite sized cubes

  • Place into casserole dish

  • Drizzle vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar over veggies

  • Spinkle Montreal Steak Spice and Italian Seasoning

  • Toss well

  • Bake for until tender and browned. Approximately 1
    hour.
