Two medium yams
One medium parsnip
10 cloves of garlic
Four red/orange peppers
Two large carrots
One small zucchini
Montreal Steak Spice
Italian Seasoning
Vegetable Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
- Cut veggies into bite sized cubes
- Place into casserole dish
- Drizzle vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar over veggies
- Spinkle Montreal Steak Spice and Italian Seasoning
- Bake for until tender and browned. Approximately 1
hour.
