Salmon in Thai Red Curry Sauce
Can of coconut milk
Red curry paste
Fish Sauce
Brown sugar
Frozen pea
Water
Fresh Salmon
Add coconut milk and 2 tbsp of red curry paste in saucepan.
Stirring occasionally heat over med. heat for 10 min.

  • Add fish sauce, brown sugar, frozen peas, water and
    salmon.

  • Simmer for 10 min.

Serve with long grain white rice and vegetables.

You can substitute the salmon with shrimp or chicken. A nice
change would also be to add asian vegetables instead of peas.
