Scrumptious Corn Bread

1/2 Cup

1/2 Tsp
1 Cup

Sugar
Margarine/butter
Eggs
Buttermilk
Baking Soda
Flour
Cornmeal
Salt

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Combine flour, cornmeal and salt and set aside.

  • Melt margarine and mix in sugar and eggs together until
    smooth.

  • Mix together the baking soda and buttermilk and add to
    mixture and mix well.

  • Add dry ingredients and mix well.

  • Pour into a non-stick 8x8 pan.

  • Bake for 40 min. until tester comes out dry.
